# Third-party notices

The current `firing-wave-1` live renderer is independently authored and does not use the native GasSystem experiment described below. That experiment and its comparison audio are retained locally for reproducibility but excluded from current publication. No TeslaSound source, profile parameters or media are included.

`src/audio/v2/gas.mjs` adapts the compressible-flow equation and choked-flow branch from `GasSystem::flowRate`, Engine Simulator by Ange Yaghi, commit `85f7c3b959a908ed5232ede4f1a4ac7eafe6b630`.

`tools/offline-engine/vendor/engine-sim/` also contains the unmodified C++ GasSystem implementation and its four required headers at that same revision, with the upstream LICENSE and per-file SHA256 provenance. The new LFA and Mustang clips under `audition/audio/` were generated using this native gas core inside an original offline harness. The corresponding Current clips use the existing JS renderer. This is not a full Engine Simulator port. The authored combustion/valve model and generated acoustic responses do not use third-party sound assets.

The complete copyright, MIT permission and warranty notice is retained in [ENGINE_SIM_MIT_LICENSE.txt](ENGINE_SIM_MIT_LICENSE.txt) and distributed with source and browser build for the retained diagnostic implementation. Apart from the identified upstream adaptations and native subset, the application source, generated geometry tables and acoustic paths are original. No Engine Simulator impulse-response recordings, competitor code, car images or logos are included.

The simulator is independently developed. Vehicle names identify sound inspiration; they do not imply a licensed replica, affiliation or endorsement.
